In June 2007 we spent two wonderful weeks chilling out on the island resorts of the Andaman Sea in southern Thailand. We spent a week in a quiet corner of Koh Samui and then caught a speed boat north to the smaller island of Koh Tao. I especially loved Koh Tao - the snorkelling straight off the beach is fantastic, the island is scenic and the little town of Mae Haad bustles with energy day and night - its the perfect place for a tropical island holiday.
